Ericka Ryals is the Business Process Manager for McClave + Associates, overseeing compensation and benefit administration, recruiting, accounting and various other internal business processes.
Before joining us at MC+A, Ryals spent many years as an Office Manager with Allicorp, Inc., managing payroll and accounting services, insurance and PTO, as well as many other forms of reporting and personnel data management.
Ryals’ background also includes a devotion to community service and being a part of making a difference. Having served on several nonprofit boards, including the Child Advocacy Center and the Ronald McDonald House, her experience in community involvement through her time with those organizations adds to her extensive knowledge of relationship building and communication skills.

Justin Talley

Justin Talley is the IT Manager for McClave + Associates, overseeing on-site infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, and day-to-day IT operations.
Talley spent many years working for Infotech as an Infrastructure Engineer in the IT department, helping maintain their cloud and data management systems and rolling out new features, as well as investigating and implementing new technologies for the organization.
His time spent managing, overseeing, monitoring, and maintaining a multiuser computing environment for more than 300 employees at Infotech built a wealth of expertise for the challenge of handling the IT environment for MC+A.

Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan is an Analyst for McClave + Associates, specializing in database management, economic analysis, and relevant research in matters of antitrust.
Prior to joining MC+A, Sullivan worked within the Bureau of Economic & Business Research at the University of Florida, analyzing and visualizing climate trends using multidimensional data from a variety of geospatial databases.
He has project management and policy research experience from interning with several city governments in addition to his work as a teaching assistant in the Economics department of the University of Florida.
Sullivan received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and English as well as his Master’s in Economics from the University of Florida.

Devon Myers

Devon Myers is an Analyst for McClave + Associates, specializing in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, writing, and project management.
Before joining the MC+A team, Myers was an analyst for a labor economics consultancy where she supported various legal matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, and employment disputes. In addition, she was responsible for revisions to research, literature, and macroeconomic appendices and assisted with the firm’s economic impact studies.
During her studies, Myers conducted research with Dr. Roger Blair and his team at the University of Florida in antitrust and law and economics, and she participated in numerous public health research and outreach efforts.
Myers obtained her Bachelor of Public Health degree and her Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida.

Chuhan Zhou is an Analyst for McClave + Associates, specializing in data management and analysis.
Before joining MC+A, Zhou worked as a Research Analyst at Purdue Engineering Research Lab, conducting extensive background research and data analyses for teamwork-related research projects. Zhou also worked as a Research Analyst Intern at a securities company in Beijing, China, analyzing data to predict future economic outlook and the effect of recent economic policies, and conducting research on global finance, economics, and politics, gaining extensive experience in global macroeconomic analysis.
Zhou received a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics, with Minors in Economics and Mathematics from Purdue University, and his Master’s in Statistical Science from Duke University.
